Has anyone else ran into the same problem i'm having with OKPAY?

I have made 3 wire transfers into OKPAY, 2 went in delayed but they went in and i moved the funds to BTCE. The 3rd went in within days and I transferred half of it to BTCE with no problems. Days later I try to transfer the last of my funds into BTCE from OKPAY but i get this msg

"You have exceeded your monthly operations limit. If you want to increase your limits, please send documents, confirming your personality and residential address."

My account it fully verified so i qualify for the below

"Once your account will be Verified monthly limits will be increased to €100,000.00 EUR."

I'm not a whale so I'm well within these limits. I have raised a support ticket (#SR14010244591) with OKPAY to hear their answer but it has been ignored for a week and I'm starting to worry. I cant wire the funds back to my bank with this limit so they have basically locked my account down with my funds too.

Does anyone have any input on my problem?

I thought that would be the case bitty but they came back with a response

----------------------------------------------------------------
Hello,
Thank you for contacting OKPAY support!
Please be informed that we have received a request from the bank for return of your wire transfer for the amount of 7820.10 USD.

We kindly ask you to specify the reason for refund.

Thank you for cooperation.
----------------------------------------------------------------

The odd thing is that I haven't contacted the bank about that wire. So I phoned my bank and they informed me that they had made no such request and that they had done only what I requested and that was to wire a sum of USD to OKPAY.

I have no idea what OKPAY are up to but I have informed them that the bank have no record of requesting the wire back. Who would you trust in this matter?

Hopefully OKPAY will remove my transfer limit soon and I can continue to use their service. Up until the 3rd transfer they have been great but now my trading has been halted due to this mistake/tactic. Living in the UK and dealing with bitcoins for me has become more and more stressful lately, I'm starting to feel like its taking over my life having to chase up such problems. I'm starting to miss my old sleeping patterns... well just sleep in general.

Will report back with OKPAYs actions

very odd, if there ready to refund tho i would take it. Something seems odd, why would they admit to you they have your money but not give it to you? i would think they would credit your account and then mention "sir we had a refund request, funds are now in your possession please withdraw if thats what you wish"

Still no word from them but it has ran over a weekend.

The thing is they said that the bank wanted the full amount back. I have already sent half of it to BTCE so there is not the full refund amount in my OKPAY.

I'm sorry to hear that ReBoRn, I too would close my account if it had taken 2 months to solve your issue.

Well, back to waiting.

stonedmason, if you can find a fax number for them i would send them a letter and sign it stating that a request of this nature was never requested, maybe some more personal information on the letter to verify yourself. Also in this letter state some wires are crossed and that you are, in fact, fully verified. I know money you cant touch on the internet is a very big burden!
