There seems to be too much of ICO projects, but I'd recommend to invest on an ICO with a decent amount of traveling, to be more safe. Their prices will have the potential to rise faster than the new ones, if they offer a good idea, so have that in mind when investing on them.

These are the best projects in my view, Liven, Ubex and Sparkster. I think they have a really great whitepaper and looks pretty good to me.

Well explained and are highly organized, Liven is my favourite as its already active and functional in Australia.

Actually when you will go through the whitepaper of the new ICO project then you will find every project good. Every project comes with a vision and mission. There are several new projects for June in this year. usechain, difinity etc. But I think for the new investors bitcoin is the best.
