Happyminers locked account

Hello
My account has been locked 2 days ago because of 3 failed password attempts. I wrote to support several times but I didn't receive any answer. I have my coins there that I'd like to withdraw. Have any of You had ever situation like mine?

PS I tried to reset password but still account is locked.

Hello, I have a stash of 42 locked on happyminers, still no response from the admin.

You may want to read https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=415069.0 and skim the main 42 announcement thread, just to be aware that you are not the only one who is not receiving support from that pool.

Thanks for answer. Still no answer from them. I've been writing to them since wednesday or so. Still nothing. Damn ;/
