It is connected to read my private message 30 minutes after I sent him, but did not answer, neither solved the problem. Before I send him, he had not connected since March 27 ...

It is therefore almost certain that he can see the notifications of messages it has received ...

I hope it will occur quickly. I'll tell leaserig !

This provider has been disabled.

It appears the renters affected have all contacted me.

Please PM me if you require assistance re-configuring the rig.

EDIT: all renters were compensated.

Sorry, I've dealt with censored issues and while I could not control my rig. How can you compensate?

I ask for a refund on April 01, 2014, 08:11:11 PM, and no response nor refund. Sad

EDIT: Ok, refund received !

So, for me, the situation was resolved.

I recieved a full refund after having major problem at start of lease contract.
I'm gratefull for this.
But Tomi590 should invest more time in his/her rigg if he/she wants to put it up for lease again though.

I'm renting ISUKO (SCRYPT 2.69 MH/S) for 12 hours, hopefully all problems have been resolved, it's looking good so far!

edit: there was a some fluctuation in the hashrate but the provider extended the mining time by 30min

final edit: paid for 12 hours, got 12:30, hashrate was fluctuating but it was a nice experience overall, got the hashes I paid for!

Rented the ISUKO rig on leaserig.net.

Everything was running great for the duration of the lease, but the rig went offline about an hour ago, and there is still 1.2 hours left on the lease.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!  Smiley

I don't think you can add time onto a lease that's already ended.

Unfortunately the ISUKO rig died for the last 2.5 hours of the rental period that ended 2-3 days ago.

I can appreciate that there will always be problems that are outside of your control.  However, not replying in a timely fashion to this thread, or to personal messages from customers isn't the same sort of problem.  Especially if that customer is having an active issue with your hardware.  And we're talking about email here (it's on phones, tablets, computers, etc.), so 36-52 hour response times are generally unacceptable.
