SMOS Linux 1.3 v4 bee edition: smaller size, faster startup, no forced donations

crni has done a great job with SMOS Linux over here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=229060.0

I am not a fan of the forced donations in it, so I turned those off and added some of my own improvements.
