Thanks for the comment and the concern. We are currently looking at multiple avenues to prove our reliability to the Bitcoin community. In our minds, this is extremely important, especially in the wake of the Mt Gox debacle.

The point is that this needs to be done before you open and excitedly announce things, not as an afterthought.
