I've been reading up on ASIC design, Boolean logic isn't that bad.
But I am curious the best path, if you wanted to go for your own chip design.
If someone had a little budget to work with, where is the best place to knock on doors for a solid ASIC CAD design?

There are always changes in the technology and there are always windows.
Just because this failed 2 years ago, doesn't mean that another manufacturer hasn't retooled to adapt to changes   https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=76351.0  since
