Honestly, in all the years I've been into crypto I've tried many models to predict what is going on with crypto and how to know what is going to happen. Sadly, I found none, given the inner volatility of the crypto world.
Of course, you can analyse the market but only short-term.

But that is just my experience. If you find a way, I will welcome the insight

Forecasting is always based on statistics. Traditional markets are normally way more stable and less FUD driven than crypto, so forecasting may work.
I ve never seen any reliable forecast for cryptos, although there are projects like BlitzPredict with some imprrssive results, but its too early to solely rely on their forecasts.

Have you consulted with your local fortuneteller, medium, or spiritualist?
