How do I trade on Etherdelta with lower gas?

To do any transaction in EtherDelta now we have to higher the gas. Sometimes it is never executing that until we increase the gas to 50 gwei. This is around 5 USD. This is big cost for small transactions. Do you know any best practices we need to follow when doing deposit, withdraw and trades in EtherDelta (specially in these days)?

There is an instruction over that platform for you to set in lower your gas, but if I were you its useless it will only be delay your transaction withdrawal besides the fee on this exchange was definitely has a small fee of charge.

Omce I've paid almost 50$ for transaction to sell some airdrop coins, not the best expierince, but it remains only to accept or change the exchange.They say FORKdelta not so much slow in contrast with Etherdelta, this is the good news! may be transactions cost are not so high) I will try the next few days and will write here.

if you want to trade eth with lower gas, just wait until the price is low to. just try to follow the situation. this situation also influence the transaction. the transaction will be long that usual. so there is no except waiting until it become normal or good again

There is a way for you to trade in ED with lower gas. I believe that there is something to do with the account tab at the uppermost right corner of the site or the exchange itself. And you can see the GWEI in there. And lower it.

There's no way to trade at ETHERDALTA,
IF you want a better platform, ED has forked their exchange to FORKDELTA.
As they faced so many issues and hacking before they just get into new link with better feature.
go to FORKDELTA. they also have smaller gas.

I set my gas on 10 gwei if there's no traffic on the Ethereum blockchain but if there is I put it on 15 or 20. That's just a small portion of ETH compared to what you'd earn on trading so setting it high for fast transaction is OK for me.

I think you should set the default, so it will be better for you, if you deal with low gas you will take time to wait and so long. I do not think this should be done, so the default level is better.
