We are used to speaking about how George Orwell`s "1984" or "A brave new world", by Huxley described our actual society almost a century ago. And, of course, they did.
Besides, there are other several books describing how the future may look, as "Farenheit 451", by Bradbury (I think the massive books cremation is not happening-yet).
Last week a friend told me about a book he has read and, even when he`s not into crypto, as well as he was describing the book, I thought more and more about it. "Wow, it seems so similar to the cryptocurrencies and the blockchain technology!!!" -my thoughts were.
So I went and look for the book: "Cryptonomicon", by Neal Stephenson, published in 2002.
I downloaded the book from this source:

I will edit the topic when I finish it if you like, but, for the moment, a recommended novel to read in holidays.
Have you read the book? What are your impressions about it?
How other novelist do you feel that described the crypto world before even happening?
