HELP: My Signature preference settings option not appear.

 From past 2 days,my singnature i wearing is not appear in my post as usual.
So i do checked my profile settings and i realized my signature setting preference option just not provided or removed or eliminated , i don't really knew coz i don't breaks any rules that's can cause my signature is banned or eliminated.
  I also not find any ANN can help about restrictions related my issue or any threads i can refer to solve my issue.
  Perhaps here i can get any usable commenting and thread links.

Also, newbies can no longer set any signature or personal text.
