I have moved out of the country and changed phones and do not have access to my 2 factor authentication.  Coins-E will not respond/answer any of emails for over 3 weeks and I therefore do not have access to my account.  Can anyone give me a suggestion or help me with this???
Thank you!!!

To reset your 2FA the support must act. There is no way around it. Most of the times, this will result in the account being frozen for a given period (MT.Gox used to have a 14 day freeze period).

Just keep pushing the support, most support sucks.
