No need to Bump this thread since OP didnt responce to the complain of the user and this thread is created last 2017 and OP last active is on june 2017 but the site stil online as of now.

Already some complaints have got posted to the thread, to which extent this casino is gonna serve the gamblers all around. Going through the website it is quite easy and has got a good view with large number of slot games. It takes time if one has got plan to try the entire slot games available.

This is what I say theres a lot of complaints that OP not answering for every question if I were you stay away or avoid visiting the site because if you got promblem no one will help you to resolve it so its better to be safe than to say sorry in the end just my opinion.

As long as there is a good reason to bump the thread then I can say it is OK. The one who bumped this thread has a valid reason why he bumped this thread, as he is experiencing an issue on the site. Although the OP is not active anymore which means that there is no chance to get an exact answer on this thread, but it is good that Roypolary bumped this thread. At least it can be used as a warning for other users who want to play or users who are already playing on this site for a while.

Hi Alex,
I had read this blog a while back and decided to join goldenstar casino due to it.  I was excited to find a good casino with all the software providers that I enjoy and to be allowed to play anonymously.  I joined them about a few months ago and have deposited and lost several deposits playing here.
Fortunately my luck changed last night and I won a good amount of bitcoins.  Now I didn’t use any bonuses, and I only play in bitcoin, and made sure that I am following all the rules.  I made my withdrawal request and Elizabeth from there is askkng for me to send in my ID or passport. I advised about this thread and stating how there should be no kyc for playing with bitcoins however she had stated differently according to the terms and conditions.
I feel so let down now because I can’t withdraw and I had thought that this is a casino that would respect my wishes to keep anonymous.  I hope that you can help me in this situation as I’m stuck and cannot withdraw any of my winnings.   If this is the case then this whole thread and it’s answers from you are not true.
How much is your account balance?

Unfortunately they are on the Curacao license scam 1668/JAZ, 365/JAZ, 5536/JAZ and 8048/JAZ list!

Sigh...
I wish the person who started this thread was still active.  And yes I guess it is my fault for playing here but honestly it’s the same kind of risk I take by playing at any other casino like bitstarz, bitcasino, 7bitcasino, mbitcasino... however I have been able to withdraw from all of the others successfully without providing kyc.  Will say 7bit has asked for my ID one point though. it seems like any one of them can ask for KYC if they felt like it.
As far as my balance that I tried to withdraw I will refrain from saying for now simply because I don’t want to jinx it.  I’m a bit superstitious.. If they can fix it I will definitely share but it’s definitely not 1 bitcoin or anything over that, definitely not even half.

You should be glad that it's not half or even 1 bitcoin so let's say it's small amount you can afford to lose and you also help other gamblers to get notified to a potential scam site that only take money from gamblers. I think you have learned your lesson on not trusting gambling sites so easily.
