unfortunately this is not new anymore, there are alot of them coming out everyday now. ( I think this is due to the cryptonbet scam ).
I am making one myself since April...

Also this is not provably fair, you can't have such a game provably fair...

Sure it is not the first raffle game, there were many games like this before and unfortunately most of them failed to survive as it is the common problem of pvp based game. The minimum bet is also too high IMO, you should try to give promo for your launch and reduce the minimum bet. Otherwise it will be very hard to get enough traffic.
