Growth at the beginning of the year gives new hopes. I thought that the price will rise and overcome the mark of $ 5000 but today bitcoin went back to the bottom. I think that now bitcoin will trade in waves and gradually grow during 2019 but the historical maximum can not be overcome

Until there is a significant surge in demand caused by major events and market sentiment change (which may take months), all we are going to see is bouts of volatility driving prices in both directions for a short while.
