Bitcoinrush.io deposit not appearing on my account

I dont understand why my deposit is not appearing on bitcoinrush.io this is the first time im using the site..i contacted the admin but no response at all..i know its reputable but why no response there side..its more than 8hrs since i make a deposit.

8 hours is a long time. Have you checked the bitcoins address?

The site looks nice and professional however I never heard of them. I always prefer to go with reputed gambling site.

We have had an issue with a 3rd party wallet provider we've been using; and have since been waiting for our new node to sync. My understanding is this should be done today, from there - all users will get a new addresses and deposits will be credited instantly.

All pending withdrawals should have been credited now - but if there is still an issue, please email support or PM me.

Yes 8 hours is a long time to wait. Did you check the wallet address you have deposited in their website? If not then you should check it if there's a confirmation on that transaction. If none then there's nothing you can do and the asset you deposited will be lost. The site had some typos there so the site MIGHT be a scam (no offense to the site owner just making an excuse just to be safe) as I never heard of it. I'd prefer what Pamoldar stated that it's best to go to reputed gambling sites like 777coin and much more.

My bad, perhaps I did not do much research. I will advise OP to resolve the issue with you and once the issue is resolved I would like to see an update here.

This explained why I guess, and site rep are already here and acknowledge your concerned better to pm him for faster resolution of your concern, though I'm not playing with the site yet, but I've heard lots of positive feedbacks about them and with my personal assessment they also have the best odds sports gamblers are looking for.

Hoping to see that this issue will be resolved as soon as possible, so OP can play and enjoy his first try, maybe some bonus or compensation just in case..
