I have read up some new platforms or recently launched claiming up to be No KYC but ending up on having KYC.
So i had observed this one too.

Not that new. There’s a lot of casino claiming
No KYC usually have this clause to attract gamblers to try their casino because they knew that no KYC feature is the most looking forward by gamblers in crypto that seek privacy.
They are claiming the No KYC is for not doing a mandatory KYC to their player. We can’t do anything about how they market since it’s declared on their ToS the important details we need to know.

But also, we must also be very careful to ensure we catch casinos that engage their self in manipulating information on their terms of service to suit their need per time, I think once of twice have we caught such casino on this forum where they change what is written in their terms of service according to ensure they succeed in scamming victims.
