I sell my core lifetime licence for Sampey's Cryptocurrency Automatic Trader (C.A.T) bot for 0.04 BTC (instead of 0.065 BTC at the moment)
Like posted in the OP, selling the C.A.T. licence is allowed. I have already contacted the dev Sampey to check my licence and let him know. He answered I have to just pm him with the new owner nickname after selling.
