You are of course entitled to your opinion, but unless you try it how can you know if he is right or wrong?  He won 5 ETH, is not a partner and was just a beta tester.

You honesty think that when you gamble your address can't be traced back to your exchange withdrawals or deposits and that the authorities don't have this information already (or can get it if they want it?).  D2W does very little KYC, mostly its for age verification, so it's hard to imagine why that would bother anyone.
They are effectively paying people to register!   Do the math yourself... If someone is giving you money to test .. Then it's also reasonable to ask for ID!..

We have removed the requirement to do a deposit before gambling EDGE bonus we give for registration. But to withdraw your winnings if any you still will have do KYC and verify your wallet by a minimum deposit of 0.01 ETH.
