For BTC, there are wallets like Electrum or Core.
ETH: IIRC MEW is opensource.

For the rest, you can ask or Google it (try to ask on their TG channel for example). This board should be about Bitcoin wallet afaik.

Best answer, and probably in the order I prefer as well for multi-crypto secure and open-source wallet.

People will often recommend Jaxx or Coinomi, these are decent but they're not open sourced (despite what their devs might say). If you don't want to spend on the above, there is one option I've started using despite my own misgivings, but it's relatively new (free though), try at your own risk, I believe still in beta (0.4?): HODLER wallet.

You might want to read some discussions about it first;)

As far as I know Ledger is not completely open source in comparison to Trezor. Someone correct me if I am wrong but I think I read somewhere that they keep parts of their code hidden due to safety reasons.

Ledger is really not fully open source.

However it's an old wallet, and one of th safestest options out there.

Coinomi is not open source also.

MouseWallet is a simple multi-chain wallet native on Android and iOS. It supports Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Stellar and NEO blockchains inside the wallet, keeping balance from each of them.
It features mnemonic-generated seeds and wallets across the different currencies.

It really depends. If you're looking for a software wallet, then unfortunately you probably wouldn't find one open-source app for all of those coins.

If you hold coins that are worth a lot(probably $1k+), get a Ledger Nano S[1] or a Trezor[2]. Though they're not 100% open source, both devices are made by pretty reputable companies in the crypto space.

the problem with multi currency wallets is that they are not popular, probably because most veterans have no intention of bag holding altcoins for long term. so you are left with closed source poorly designed ones such as Coinomi and Jaxx. i honestly don't see this changing any time soon unless altcoins start changing.

Why do you want to be lazy and keep all your cryptocurrencies in one place? It is best to diversify wallets.
I think you need to download 5 wallets without risk in one wallet that is not famous "MouseWallet" or have poorly design.

Coinomi >> WARNING - Coinomi Wallet CRITICAL Vulnerability Made Me Lose My Life Savings
Jaxx "buggy wallet" >> JAXX Bitcoin/Ethereum wallet - DO NOT USE

For each and every coin the first choice should be its own "core" wallet.
Yes, I know, it's not one wallet for all, but all of those should be open source and the most secure, also probably most actively maintained, so it's one of the best options you can have.

@mjglqw The Trezor firmware is Open Source.

Ledger Nano S has published source for many components, but important pieces are still missing (they have significant challenges because of NDAs on the secure element they use).  Supposedly more will be released this year.

I am looking for a open source and very secure wallet that supports BCH,BTC,ETH,XRP,EOS coins. Anything out there?

Hodler.tech is open source and they support all those assets as well. They're pretty under the radar as of now and they're also majorly underfunded. They can use all the public attention they get.

Hi

I don't know an OPEN SOURCE wallet that supports lots of crypto. If open source is not a requirement, Ledger would be okay. For bitcoin, try this open source wallet COLD CARD https://coldcardwallet.com/.

Security is important when it comes to cryptocurrency wallets. A majority of multi-currency wallets are not open source. And most open source wallets do not support multiple currencies. Some of the reputed wallets are Ledger Nano S, Trezor, Exodus, Atomic wallet, MyEtherWallet, and more.

Ledger devices are not 100% open source. You can find info about that just a few posts above yours. Some parts of their code have not been released yet but it is still a very reliable and trusted wallet.
