I downloaded the brave browser a few days ago hoping to maybe earn a few BAT but so far I have earned nothing. what are some good add filled sites where I can maybe earn some BAT? I checked my settings and i have it set so ads are not blocked.
There are many factors that may be the cause of you not earning BAT but i think the most important factor is to check is if the BAT ads rewards programme is available in your country because it isn't available in some countries like mine.
yes and if it is available in your country you have to opt-in to receive any rewards.

brave is an optimized version of chromium and its worth the hype, very smooth experience.
Brave forcing me to use Uphold is withholding me from using their browser. The browser on itself seems fine. I'd like to discover more about it but then they must first break their partnership with Uphold, which I experienced as very user-unfriendly.

Yes, it does seem to be a good browser. And the idea behind it is good, too.
However I'm another one who hasn't received any rewards. I've had it maybe six weeks now. Everything is on and opted-in, and I'm in the UK, so the problem is not related to my country. Maybe some people are receiving them, maybe not, but it does make me a bit skeptical when a crypto company says something will happen, and it just doesn't. I do like the browser and the idea, and I am happy to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it's just teething problems... but still, they shouldn't say something will happen when it will not. It dents confidence in the project.
