I'm curious how these scammers know our numbers?

I was made a topic on that question. Likely scammers hacked database from somewhere. Even scammers collect phone numbers from offline like shopping mall, lottery ticket, banks etc. There is a party who are dealing with that and finally scammers start send random message. Sometimes we are using mobile numbers on online, its more easy way to gain your mobile number. Honestly we can say any system is safe. Everywhere is scammers around us.
