If these positive things are made public that will encourage other people too and the wrong perceptions will also change.

But it will create some chaos into his PM,people will start PMing him about to review their tags and convincing them to remove it which may kill DT members time.

What can be done is make a thread here for the people who want their tag to be reviewed again.

That won't help either because then everyone would spam the thread to review their tags.

There could be an automated system whereby a button appears in front of the tag after certain time period (e.g 3 months) and a request can be sent to the person who gave the tag to be reviewed. If he request is declined the next and final review button will appear after 6 months. Something like this will prevent the spam and also help those who want to improve themselves.

Self Moderated thread could be an option but other thing you mentioned looks too much importance to be given for the scammers who are supposed to get red tag for any reason.

The only people who will get a review are the people in list #1, the spammer and burstposter list. All the other are permanent.

I think burstposting isn't really a bad thing because some people are exceptionally fast readers and typers, You should probably be more leinent on burstposting.

If a user is a burstposter then they can be burstposters not in campaigns unless the posts are super constructive and on point. Most times that's not the case though.  Campaigns are a privilege, not a right. Users are not entitled to be in campaigns. If they cannot attempt to follow the managers rules, then they should not try to join.

Its better to make 1 quality post rather than 100 useless. Yeah its true that to fulfill campaign rules sometime participants need to increase his activity but it doesn't mean that he will have to choose the way of burstposting or spamming. If he isn't able to maintain his post standard then its pretty much clear that he isn't worthy of that spot to continue his campaign.

See the definition of burst posting. You need to be super human to be able to read first and then write constructively in less than 5 mins and keep on repeating the process.

Burstposting definition- A person that makes a posts then 1-5 minutes later makes another, and another, and another. I will not add someone here for burstposting if they have 1 post right after another every once in awhile. Sometimes a person reads the forum and makes a reply, then sees another topic they have a constructive reply for, but if quite a few of your posts are 1 right after the other, then you'll find yourself here.

I hope this becomes a Global standard in BTCT. Like every manager uses this kind of system and rulings so that everyone would know how to follow and what to follow, correctly. I think it could be applied here in the forum just like the different ISO standards that are agreed upon on different industries.

Maybe it could increase the quality of members partaking in the signature campaign too.

I don't know what chronicsky did but i sure do know Vadi2323 has been up to lately. What I think is that the list is specifically for cheats and spammers, not persons who are a pain in the butt or trolls. Such people don't deserve any attention whatsoever...
