Few of my colleagues told me they quit bounty because many new projects are finding it very difficult to reach soft cap and those who manages to reach softcap ends up listing on ridiculous exchanges because of listing fee, a part of me feels like they are right because if a new project fails to aim for top exchange its game over,  the question now is why promoting new projects then?

Many new projects are launched, because the founders see the project as a source of enrichment. For profit, the project should be based on innovation solutions in which there are already experienced developers. Unfortunately, projects that do not have a noble purpose for solving problems will fail.
Normally, only projects that look good based on thorough research should be promoted, otherwise time is wasted

I do not think quitting bounty campaign is a solution to this matter. We all know that most of bounty projects have failed lately no matter they are genuine and technologically advanced. I think it is because of the people are losing their interest in cryptocurrency lately. And another problem is listing on bad exchanges is another cause of a crypto project crashing.

Unfortunately, a lot of cryptocurrency companies cannot collect a soft cap and we can do nothing about it, so I advise you to participate not only in one bounty company, just try to participate in many bounty companies, because the more bounty companies you will promote, the more chance will be to get at least some profit.

During the launch of any project, none of the participants knows for 100% whether the project will succeed. You ask why to support new projects, in my opinion this is a strange question.
After all, support lies in the support itself. You support the project in which you believe and hope that he will succeed.
You offer assistance to the project in order to help the team realize their idea.
Will this work out? Unknown If you do not believe in the project and support it only for the money that you can get later, then it is not surprising that the projects do not succeed.

First of all, yeah people can make some sort of prediction and know if the project will succeed or fail. If the person does a deep analysis of the project, they can have a pretty good idea if the project is just a sham or legit. They can have a look at the developer team, what they are proposing and how they will proceed. If they have any slightest doubt about anything on the project, then I recommend them to stay away from the project. Highly likely the project will fail.
Just blindly supporting the project just because you "believe" on them is totally a wrong thing to do. All you would end up doing is support and encourage more scam projects.
