Does this mean if one predicts a higher number than the actual number of times he says it, the prediction would be thrown out? Even if it's the closest to the actual amount?

Well, it sounds interesting game OP. I did not have an update of what Press. Trump says because I am not live in the US but as I have found this video [ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=absijQsZQkc ] while looking at the right answer. Trump says 4 times the word "ventilators".

i would guess 15 times, it could be much more than that, but it really depends on how long the press conference is going to last, if he speaks long enough, he could say it triple number times
