New project: SwapSpace – Crypto Metaexchange. Features and Ideas

Hello! I’m happy to announce the project we have been working on since August.

SwapSpace.co (https://swapspace.co/) is a crypto instant exchange aggregator. We gather crypto exchanges with the best ever rates, compare them on-screen and present the exchange options to the customers in a simple and intuitive way. With us, customers may swap more than 300 cryptocurrencies and tokens with the best rates in one place in a matter of a few clicks. We are determined to transform the whole swap process by saving users’ time and strive for simplicity.

Why can we promise to our users?

– We do not charge any fees (However, our exchange partners do)
– We do not ask you to register or provide personal data of any kind (Some of our partners yet require to pass KYC)
– We do not have problems with liquidity and do not set up any limits on the amount to be exchanged (Actually we just do not have our own funds at all, but we integrate the huge and trustworthy market leaders)
– We provide 24/7 support (However, so far the major issue our users face with can be solved by some more minutes of waiting due to the typical network overload)
– We provide both fix and float rates
– Our website is optimized for mobile phones to ensure the convenient use from all your devices

At the moment, we work with six exchangers including Changelly, ChangeNOW, StealthEX, SimpleSwap, Godex, and InstaSwap. Our API is almost ready, so we have scheduled to integrate the major exchanges and crypto wallets and already have some arrangements for the future. We are working on the website design, too.

We wanted to simplify the exchange procedure as much as possible, and I think we cope well. What do you think about it? We would be grateful if you could check the website and come up with any ideas or criticism. This also applies to the marketing strategy.

Unfortunately, many of non-custodial exchange service are copies of https://changelly.com/, with some edits (new GUI, site update,...etc.) I checked your listed cryptos and it seems that there is a great similarity between them and changelly. Is this site a copy of it?

Are you ready to pay some money guarantee to a "trusted member" in case of any problems?

Transfer fees are expensive, how do you plan to attract customer attention? A simple comparison between you and changelly.

As far as I can see, Changelly was the first in the field, and later an array of various exchange services came up. They may have similar functionality or not that original idea, but the thing is people prefer good rates, low fees and privacy options to outstanding names and a pioneer status. And it is the point where other exchange services sometimes beat even Changelly despite all their first explorer advantages.

If you want to put it that way, correct – we aggregate the exchange services that have popped up since Changelly had started. Then we push them in a fair fight: we show all the rates and let you choose between them. Our customers get the opportunity to choose the exchangers they haven’t even heard about if their rates are really better.

––> And what about Changelly? Wait a sec, Changelly doesn’t provide the exchange opportunity for OKCash. Changelly grants us a chance to swap 150+ coins, while we have 300+. We do not copy Changelly – we cooperate with them and work hard to add the options they don’t have.

But what about fees? Well, you’ve got me there. Changelly charges the lowest fee on the market, though they cannot always provide the best rates for all the coins – no one can.
Unfortunately, we haven’t negotiated the shared fee model yet. However, we are trying hard, and we have set the exchange volume threshold. I cannot disclose sensitive information, but after a certain number, we will work on general grounds. But I assure you that all the other rates are the same or even better. Feel free to check anytime.

I wish to emphasize our love and respect for the Changelly project. They were the pioneers, all they do is just great, and in fact, there is nothing bad that they can’t monopolize the cryptocurrency exchange servicing niche. We just want to allow people to choose.

Speaking about money. As you can see, I’m a new member here, and I’m just exploring so far. I can pay if it’s necessary, but could you be so kind as to explain what it would prove in my case? That I’m a human being and not a spam bot? Well, I guess it’s quite obvious. That I have money, probably? Indeed, there is no reason to chat with a person who doesn’t have a penny in his pocket about finances, and rules are rules. But I’m telling you, our service is just great even without the forum taxation

And here lies the problem, Changelly has a bad reputation as I have a lot of personal experiences with them and I will tell you some problems:

When you sell or buy a highly volatile currency or after significant price changes occur during the time of the transfer, they freeze the process and it is sent after contacting the support team.
In other words, who will bear any error in the process, SwapSpace or Changelly?

We do not have problems with liquidity and do not set up any limits on the amount to be exchanged (Actually we just do not have our own funds at all, but we integrate the huge and trustworthy market leaders)

So you are just a new interface for these sites. I don’t want to accuse you, but many new websites will indirectly clean Changelly’s (ChangeNOW, SimpleSwap, and InstaSwap) reputation.
