So arbitrage betting is considered fraudulent actions by this site??
It is considered as fraudulent activity by almost every bookie.
Get your odds up to date and this doesnt happen. How is the customer always fault?

What if he lost on your site? No problem then right.
In most scenarios, arbitrage bettors won't lose money unless they get caught. Then casino will either return deposit (more likely) or seize all funds (less likely). Whole problem is because bettor will place another (losing) bet in one casino and the other casino will void winning.
Thats some scam terms in my opinion.
I've read somewhere that arbitrage betting is legal, but there is that ToS thingy...

apparently, i doesnt really matter ...

Even if you loose in betcoin.ag they STILL CAN TRY TO STEAL whatever money you have left (like described in this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5284557.0)

Sorry but what are "Russian forking scanners" ??
Google says it is program for arbitrage betting.
We look forward to showing our licensor the many emails you have sent us admitting to this fraud.
Just because you bookies don't like it and you placed it in your ToS, it doesn't mean arbitrage betting is fraud, but, as OP agreed that he won't use bots and do arbitrage betting and he did, and, you returned him his deposit back, I would say that any further discussion on this subject is unnecessary.

friends you so confidently claim that I used some scanners, where is the evidence??? would you be at court to be prosecutors))) without the fact in you already claim, you yourself are not funny? I repeat that I did not use any programs!!! betoin above wrote that they agree to make a decision of a third party, let's invite any community and I will prove my identity to them! after all, initially the axel took the money because I am in a forbidden country I will prove the opposite!!
