Exchange BTCNEXT is scam I have no access but my funds

I sent my QDAO tokens to the BTC NEXT bag, as recommended, but I was surprised to find it difficult all week. when i ask to withdraw my balance because i switched to litecoin, they demanded 2 levels of KYC that i had already passed in the first level, but when i complained the worst happened, BTCNEXT blocked my account and i was banned forever in the word of the email sent to me, now I don't have access, but my funds stole the BTCNEXT exchange is a scam

they didn't let me do my KYC check they didn't let me withdraw my USDQ coins and now they banned me and they stole BTCNEXT it's Scam

positive I am verified in several exchange like shapeshift, probit, coinsbit, but only in BTCNEXT they do not accept when I complained I was banned and my coins stolen

I only used it because the QDAO project indicates it as a way to settle the USDQ tokens they all stole from me

So op is not the only one who scammed by that exchange for this KYC case. There is any official account of btcnext here? I have found a name like BTCNext . But I can not discover any post about btcnext.io that are promoted by the account. If there is no official account then we have not anything to do really instead of self-awareness about the exchange.

This is not the first thread about this scam exchange, this has happened before. Even before this, some people have been scammed, and every time they make the excuse of KYC. (As my friend @Yaunfitda also mentioned )

KYC related scams are increasing day by day and sorry to say that some platform owners are using KYC as the easiest way of holding people's money. "ColumbiaCrypto" You can make a try by following above suggestion and contact that user. Already he mentioned in one of his replie's that they are the official support of BTCNEXT BROKER.

I should have open a thread like long ago but i was ashamed that i was also a victim of BTCNEXT exchange which was also an exchange site that belong to the USDQ team.
What happened is that they changed their Tier1 and 2 user agreement by request for unreasonable KYC. I also have my QDAO on it but choose to ignore the exchange.
