Talk about "comfortable" thingy... Have you guys seen this news?

Source: https://www.facebook.com/134752476678442/posts/1945805478906457/

IMHO quite dumb of people to just go there like there's no pandemic and quite irresponsible of the police to let people build up like that. We're hitting the high 3Ks daily and then magsiksikan pa ng ganyan.  Angry

Virgin Coconut oil for Covid treatment? yeah, you heard that correctly. well, according to the article(quoted below) researchers in the Philippines sees Virgin coconut oil as a potential covid treatment since their research shows that Virgin coconut oil(VCO)  "decreased coronavirus count by 60 to 90 percent at low viral load." and "Researchers also discovered that the compounds were observed to improve cell survival.". according to them. further research, test and experiments are still needed whether higher concentration would lead to better results.

I am glad that researchers are finding a natural remedy that is abundant in the Philippines as a possible treatment for covid-19. I just hope their research ends up as a huge breakthrough to fight covid-19 here in the Philippines.

Pero dito sa lugar ko, may bulong-bulongan na magbubukas na yong cockpit arena sa lingo which is for me a gauge on where we are now in terms of COVID-19 transmission.

I remember that too. but at that time they were only testing it because of the antiviral properties of the virgin coconut oil have but now, they have positive results from the tests they have conducted all these months.

we are also seeing a drop of cases here in my area(even though a lot of people are not following proper protocols).

just read an article about it. very interesting. but the DOH still advises following health protocols to "prevent the transmission of the virus and at the same time protect us from getting sick"

I like the positive news, though there's no vaccine yet but we have alternatives. Of course I heard that this one is also a cure to covid-19, however, our experts does not promote that as they all want a medicine coming from the big pharmaceuticals, and the fact na maraming complains regarding covid-19 fraud, I think that destroys the reputation of the doctors a bit, you know the Phil Health scam is still fresh in the minds of the people.

I like Duterte but gotta say this covid thing has been run very poorly in the Philippines. An already precarious economy has been absolutely REKT, middle / low income class in particular - let alone tourism and hotels.

What source are you reading? The mainstream media of those opposition bloggers?

Since if you keep seeking information on them for sure you will get a misleading info's but if you watch ptv news for sure you will get the information on what government actions made.

Philippines is not rich country but the president really doing it's best to fight and possibly end up this pandemic it's just the only thing government can do for now since there's no vaccine yet is to lessen the casualty and infected person.

Also if we talk about economy the government already slowly opening up the tourism industry and I see some promotion of certain spots in the Philippines.

here's what I found about free swab test https://www.manilatimes.net/2020/10/26/news/top-stories/fabella-personnel-offered-free-swab-tests/786210/. but other than this I know nothing more. here near in my area, free swabs test has stopped but I am not sure about the neighbouring area. there was a news that the government will pay its debt to red cross. I guess free swabs test will be available soon in a lot of areas again

I'm sorry to hear that. alam ko na di tayo magkakilala pero let's just hope for the best outcome.

May nabasa ako article a few days ago regarding sa saliva test.

Sorry to hear about your situation paps.

-DayZinc Vitamins (Vitamin C with Zinc)
-Difflam Tablet (Sorethroat)
-Strepsils (Mild Sorethroat)
-Bactidol (Sorethroat)
-Biogesic (Headache, Fever)
-Mefenamic (Pain Relief)
-Amoxicillin (Anti-biotic)
-Salonpas (Muscle Pain)
-Robitussin DM (Dry Cough)
-Cinnarizine (Antihistamine)
-Salbutamol (Asthma)
-Zykast (Shortness of Breath)
-Amlodiphine (High Blood)
