I think it happens to everyone at one point or another. I've sold my BTC share in 2018, when price was around 4k. I just was shortsighted. Didn't see potential. And now it's around 30k. Coulda made x8 if I didn't jump the ship. Well, past is past and now I've got some more. Hopefully hodling turns out better for me this time.

Yea, you right bro. BTC has a way of giving us an opportunity of a fresh start. Whether at $0.1, $1, or $100000 any start on the rough, unpredictable ride of BTC seems perfect at the rate its going.

Me too I restarted my hodl journey recently.

Me not doing it until there's a correction and I see bitcoin dump with significant amount. I don't want to ride with the train now as I don't know where it's going, yes it may continue to pump but I'm sticking with the best method to buy bitcoin at its dip.
Stick on things where you do see where you benefit out and stick with that and dont go overboard or dont let yourself too greedy.
Even if you do sold early as long you do make profits then that what matter most. Some just cant accept that they do miss out more money
thats why they do feel regret but overall it is just fine as long you are on greens.People just dont get contented
on what they earn and instead to go back into those times on where they might able to earn more.

Since that may 2011 I can say Bitcoin has succeeded in churning out tens of thousands of more Greg's. As at the time of this post Greg's regret was worth $13,600, a princely sum by any standards at the time.
But its now worth a mindbogglingly $49M+!

Don't underrate an idea who's time has come.

Just Hodl..........

If we only know the future then we would hold, unfortunately we don't have a time machine so we never know what's coming. For some people they can hold longer but for sure they are already contented so they sell for a profit, and for me that's the most important thing to consider, be contented and you'll enjoy investing once it succeed.

Thing is, what if bitcoin dump and loss its value, I think Greg did a great job then.

You can't really predict accurately what will happen and when. I also sold a decent amount of Bitcoin back in 2017. I don't even want to consider what I've sold or spent back in 2015-2016.

On top of that, I sold at $25.000 and $29.500 respectively, I do regret it but there's nothing I can do to reverse it.

Let's hear you, how or where did you first discover Bitcoin? Did you mine on your laptops? Did you buy from MTGox or one of those early days trade platform's? And, most importantly, did you sell too soon? Or luckily, did you hodl till now?
Well at this time I already sold a huge part of my coins that I am holding, just few remaining now and I am not sure when I am going to be selling the remaining coins. The over $25k price was kind of a surprise for me, I was watching the price and it kept going, and when I think it will go down it still kept going up, I sold them at $30k.

I never expected it to even reach that $30k not to talk of reaching the current $32k as I am writing this post, I was thinking that whales were going to start pulling off from the market the time it reached $25k and $20k, and surprisingly they never did, and that’s good I’d say.

I feel you bro.

Well, that's what we used to know a believe about the crypto market in general. The fear of whales taking everyone and everything for a profitable ride used to be the beginning if wisdom, right? It appears things are changing. Or they changed since Paul Tudor Jones fingered bitcoin as the gold rush of the seventies.

Regret would really be there because price is unpredictable and keeps growing and it cant be avoided that we might able to sell off lower on what are the numbers we are seeing now.
People shouldnt really mind off as long you are in gains then that what matter most and to think that we can still buyback when it pull backs or correct and sell it off later on.
This had been the behavior of the market since from the beginning. You wouldnt know on what would happen in the future thats why missing good opportunities are common.
People are just not really contented on what they had earned earlier if they do saw that the price shoots up to the rooftop without even considering or rethinking that what
if the price did go down after you had sold? For sure you would say that thats a good call or step you had made without regrets. lol

I regret I don't buy bitcoin this year I was focus on the other alts. I just realized the bitcoin is on the bullish run and now the price is going to $30k USD. It is a big improvement of bitcoin from $7k USD last year January 1 from today price. You can feel the huge changes.
There's still an opportunity to buy bitcoin, if you missed to buy at low price then better wait rather than riding on the hype without assurance if the increase will be consistent.

The bullrun 2017 gave me a lesson to not be greedy. That time I missed to sell and only take profit a portion of my holdings, though its still a good amount.

Currently I made sure that I wont repeat the same mistakes again since the price of bitcoin surpass the last ath, I take advantage already to have no regrets incase the price experience a correction.

Anyway I do accept that Bitcoin's value activity right presently is something that won't hold in a long length particularly when it is the beginning of individuals really observing benefit from the value Bitcoin as of now has so I consider benefit and misfortune, so we can choose to sell just in the event that we can take benefit. In any case, it is alright on the off chance that we sell bitcoin in light of the fact that we are in critical need.

All of my Bitcoin I do have and had is all from the earnings in Signature campaigns I've joined since 2016, I don't spent any fiat in Bitcoin, that's why even though I converted it too early in fiat and didn't wait for a long bull run, all I think is profit is profit, besides, I do need the money for my everyday living, so no regrets. But of course it's completely not the same to those investors in Bitcoin, that's why I know how OP feels.

The only thing we could do is to learn from our mistakes, buy again and hodl, wait for another bull run that'll satisfy you to sell your Bitcoin right away.

I did sold mine too at those price range recently having read the usual stories that the price of BTC will dump and price history repeat itself etc that there is likely a massively or pullback to a lower price just like the event of 2017, here we are now the price is above $38K I lost some profits had I hodl my BTC till today after selling earlier.
