Bisq experinces?

hello everyone, i created this thread because i didnt saw it was created before (sorry if it was!), so i need help with Bisq (https://bisq.network/), what was your previous experience with this site, tell me more about
fees, payment methodes etc. i need to cashout some XMR into fiats and i heard about "Bisq" so i want to check here first. thanks
