I think Kobinhood was launched to provide zero fees but I am not sure today's state. Besides, it is not popular. DEX provides free trading, I guess.

With stocks you still have to pay fee for your trades. There are not many exchanges, stocks or cryptocurrency allow their users to trade with no fee. They need trading fees to maintain their operations. Ultimate goal for exchange operations is trading fees as income for exchange owners.

DEX, you have to pay fees and it will go to the decentralized operators who confirm your contracts, your trades.

There are few exchanges with 0% taker fee:

Exchanges are set up for profit maximization, how do you expect them to be in operation if they give free trading! Remember to do thorough research on those exchange who claims to be giving free trade there is something always attached to it somewhere, my advice if you feel the commission taking is too much for your small capital then wait till you have good amount to trade with.

Cryptopia is gone now. How? Search for it and know more if you wish to.

Back to your question, you cannot trade without fees. The exchange will make some profit off the customers and thats why they are running the business. They would not be running it if they were doing things for free - use your common sense here.

So a legitimate exchange will ask for fees. Now you might want to check out every other exchange that allows people from your country to see which one has lowest fees and which one is working best for you, not all of them will.

For low volume transaction users, fees will always be a problem though. You have to accept it and continue.

Doesn't it could be solved by decentralized trading platform? Here's for list, and wish you found what are you looking for https://defiprime.com/exchanges

However they need a fee commission as platform for maintenance, employed, servers and more.

Almost all centralized exchange charge a different amount of fee same with the DEX you got to pay the gas and fee, some centralized exchange do a monthly promo trading with zero fees, many untrack exchange charge no more than 0.0005 withdrawal fee and 0.05% trading fee its cheap but the main concern is security its better to pay a bit more in reputable exchange than risking it all in an unknown platform.

Raja_MBZ's compilation will come in handy for traders like you. Have a look https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5079048.0

I've seen new exchanges boasting their zero trading or withdrawal fees but I'm skeptical since they have not built a good reputation yet.
You can also take advantage of the native tokens of big centralized exchanges. Buy them in exchange of low fees.

Unfortunately there is no major exchanges that allows trading without fees, I remember coinbase pro used to be completely free but after mid of 2019 they end the free trade, you can only see exchanges with extremely low trading fee for example binance and kucoin, their trade fee is as low as 0.1%

Don't get caught up in looking for exchanges that offer zero fees because how could the exchanges have been able to get profit if they didn't collect fees from the services they provide, maybe it would be better to look for less than the ones you had to pay at the time.

Yes that's true, but cobinhood already folded up due to team internal issues and probably funding issues. An exchange needs trading fees for sustainability, so that they can pay workers, employ more workers when need be, carry out upgrades etc. They can't depend entirely on listing fees, what if new projects hardly list on the exchange, it eventually folds.

Exchange are only earnings for fees they collect from users so if you are looking for no fees that's not possible . Also include what kind of low fees you are wanting widrawal fee or exchange that too is different binance both have low fees for widrawal and exchange fees. You can check the info above other than that it's trusted by many users.

Currently I have yet to find a platform to safely trade with no fees applied. But perhaps in the near future there will be. Injective is having a Solstice Testnet event and they offer a trading platform with transaction fee = 0! Even dealing with high leverage.
You can try the transaction here: https://testnet.injective.exchange/
In addition, December 8 at 7PM (GMT + 7) Injective will also hold an AMA at Infinity Capital group, you can join to ask questions about your questions about Injective's upcoming exchange.
Here's the Infinity Capital group discussion group: https://t.me/InfinityCapitalGroup

All exchanges charges different fees, there is trading fees and there is withdrawal fees as well, where trading fees can be low, withdraw fee can vary and the blockchain network your token or coin is based on can also contribute to the high fees, that is, for instance withdrawing USDT through Tron blockchain is free or in some cases comes with a very little fee, while withdrawing same USDT through Ethereum blockchain comes with high fees and even higher fee through Omini. Also, the reason why exchanges charges for various fees is to generate funds with which they can use to run the exchange, therefore it can't be avoided and I don't think there is any exchange you can trade and withdraw for free at the same time. Lastly, I think Cryptopia is the exchange that was hacked a long time ago. You can also check Binance, maybe the fee will be friendly depending on the token you are withdrawing and the blockchain.
