It seems the amount staked on the bets vanished due to the loss of domain and it never get refunded into your wallet, am I right?


You said that you didn't get any replies to your mails over 3 weeks now but you posted this issue about 5 days ago precisely but its still a lot of time to get answer from their representative, hmmm I am not having much experience in it but if you are saying the truth then they should be given nagative tag for not answering any questions from you.

But you also didn't provide any roof to claim your accusation.

I guess swcpoker just plans on stealing my 4k chips? I emailed a dozen times,I messaged via twitter and posting here ,what gives swcpoker?
Also why ban my chat on seals just for bringing this up there ?

Another newbie claims he didn't received his chips but no response to it as well, ignoring questions is not a good behaviour in my opinion.

I am not a newbie, I am in this forum for over 1 year. Maybe I am not posting but I am reading.

Anyway, still no email and no statement from the bitcoin talk account although being online several times. Me and and other guy posted the link to this accusation in their thread, they have been online since, no reply. Email also no reply. What a joke.

Please read before posting, it has nothing to do with bets that vanished, this is a poker site and I was registered for 2 games.
About the proof of accusation. Please tell me how I can proof that I was registered in the tournaments and I will. They can check it for sure but they are not responding.

Probably they put you on ignore because it seems you are trying to ruin their reputation with your words, oh yeah its just my guess.

First , it says " the amount staked on the bets" not staked bet amount. But anyway, makes no sense. 
Second, of course its bad for their reputation because what they do is bad. I asked them 2 times in the thread why don't answer emails, no reply. Other people have the same problems. I also warned them if they ignore me again I have to open this thread, no reply.
No reply to emails as well. All they do is delete any criticism in their thread, that has been going for months now.

Somebody else posted this thread in their thread as well and they have been online, no reaction.

I just want my refund, it has been 4 weeks now. Ignoring your players is not the way to go. I will create a flag as well if after this weekend this hasn't been solved, what else can I do?

I saw that their ANN is self moderated so they can choose which post wants to be deleted on their own but atleast you can post the deleted notification PM which confirms that they know about your issue but don't want to get any attentions

They know about my issue, look at the thread, I wrote about unanswered emails several times as well as giving a time to answer before I create this accusation.Those posts are there for everybody to see. Obviously you just comment without looking.
Check the time of my posts and check when they have been online the last time, coming to a conclusion? I make it easy for you, they are aware and still they give no statement, just like to all the other things many players complained about lately ( 3 rake increases in 6 months, the incident with xgoodfella who stole 2k from some other players, chat bans for no reason, swc employees that play at the site, and so on ).

Why do you reply anyway? Until now what you wrote is just some nonsense so please stay away. You even wrote about " the amount staked on the bets" , what is wrong with you?

Seems like swc is running out of money now that many regs are striking and have withdrawn their money.

Cant even reply to my mails, posts or my scam accusation thread.

This is how far we have come now.

If you could let us know what your screenname/names are on SWC are, that would be very helpful to figure if this is incompetence on SWC's behalf or if you are one of the many regulars that SWC has chosen to ignore and/or mistreat in support's recent policy shift of playing favorites with regards to answering emails, monitoring chat, and providing refunds for site outages.

If you don't feel comfortable outing your SNs, that's completely understandable. If this is the case, please let us know if you have clashed with SWC's chat moderator or support in the past.

SWC has 200+ deleted posts in their thread.  I don't think it's necessary to prove that there is a very likely chance SWC has deleted one of btcgrin-vic's posts.

I also think btcgrin-vic's native language is not English. I think btcgrin-vic doesn't fully understand what you are asking of him, nemo.

I also don't fully understand the details of the problem. Was it a cash game? Was it a tournament? Was this on Dec 31st?

According to the main thread, the issue has now been resolved and OP has been compensated.

Nevertheless, I would like to issue a stark warning when it comes to SWC, they have changed significantly over the last few months and entirely for the worst.

Everyone who has been around during FTP times knows what might be coming. SWC cannot be trusted anymore, as sad as that is.
