Is SWC still reachable via the old .eu email address?

I have been wondering this, too. Can we get manual withdrawals? Do you currently still have access to the data / player balances?

if that domain does not work that means the email addresses will not work either.

If that is the case, why hasn't SWC posted a new email address to be contacted at yet?

Due to a gross oversight, SwC Poker has temporarily lost our .eu domain after Brexit became official. EURID posted clear rules before the change and we did not pay enough attention. There is no one else to blame but ourselves, and because we recognize our error, we are running a massive package of apology freerolls in our lobby for the next 7 days.

All funds are safe and any balance can be immediately withdrawn. SwC Poker has big plans for 2021, with a major update coming in a few months. New games, new features, and new support options will be added soon.

We thank our long time players for their support, and deeply apologize for this unexpected downtime.

Good to see you back. I suggest you re-establish chat for all banned players. It would be a positive gesture to start the New Year in a more peaceful atmosphere.

 

Or implement a banned word code where banned words only appear as xxxxxx in the chat. That way nobody can feel offended.
I dont really need my chat back (although i would welcome it) but at least let banned chat players write /action so the table appears in the chat.

Thank you for getting everything back up and running. I've downloaded the latest Android client, my balance is right where it is supposed to be ... not zero!

I hope that you address some of the other issues, inquiries, and suggestions. Perhaps your players aren't always the most charming (neither are your mods or whatever you want to call the hall monitors you have terrorizing the chat room), but you have a good community of mostly loyal people ... many who have been around for a very, very long time.  They are worth listening to.

And I also hope that my referrals are dedicated enough to get back to playing.

When will holiday leaderboard be updated to reflect my winning a tournament and cashing another

After gathering feedback from players that were unable to play last Thursday's Holiday Series events the decision has been made to restart the series beginning with Event #24 on January 7th.

Players that earned leaderboard points for Events #24 through #27 last week will keep those points. If they choose to play in the make-up Events, the better point finish between the two instances will be counted for the leaderboard.

An updated leaderboard will then be posted with current results at the conclusion of Event #27.

The rake schedule has been updated on the website and is now in effect at the tables.

Apology freerolls will be posted in the lobby soon in order to give players the opportunity to download the updated clients.

Aw fuck its more than a gesture. I see it as acknowledgement of the fact that there will never be a perfect poker site;  its better to be the best if you cant be perfect.

This is a email I sent to seals at support@swcpoker.club  I sent them this many many times and even on twitter to only get no reply so i am posting it here,I  also last night my chat was banned on seals for simply asking about my refund in the chat lobby ,I had wrote them a modified email as well because this opne was wrote on the day of the site crashing ,and yes i sent them to the new support email when they finally got one ............... I was playing both the A and The B 2k entry mtts earlier ,Ithe site was running very laggy and i could not reconnect ,I tried the web version and could not connect or even gets swcpoker.eu to work, I called a friend to ask if he could connect and he could not as well ,I finally was able to reconnect after a long period of time ,I was doing very well,I was sitting in 3rd and maybe 6th of the A and B when the site allowed me to reconnect i was missing a huge portion of my chips due to blinds being up and being blinded down,I am requesting a refund pretty please ,as the time of writing this swcpoker.eu is not pulling up and I also can not log into swcpoker software do to software issues ,I been disconnected like 3 times total today . I would like my 4k chips back 1up1 is my username.

Well so far days later I have not gotten a reply from them and they owe me 4k due to their Brexit negligence ,I have not gotten one single reply from them but what i did get was a chat ban for bringing this up on seals chat -Seems like they are picking and choosing who to refund just to save face and shitting on the rest of us . A few other people has not been refunded as well and I will see if i cant get them to post here as well about it .
