Payments have been sent to the winners. I used a fee on lower end so it could take some time but it should confirm latest during the night. We had one user joining late so I had 1 mBTC more to work with which resulted with some extra dust for 2nd and 3rd place a full prize for first place (no tx fee).

And I got hell of a lucky, tx confirmed inside first block while I was writing this   Seems I picked right mining pool to accelerate it. Side contest prizes should be paid out tomorrow.

Congrats for the winners, I was far behind in this pool since day one.
I didn't make even make my prediction in the last match didn't matter anyway because I would chosen Brazil to win,
But atleast I win in the grand prize in the Final Competitions that was equal to 3rd place finish so I would like to thank Sportbet and Trofo for Organising and making this pool fun with the free bets and giving more them half of the pools pot,

Looking forward to more of these pools, there will be a month until we get leagues starting again so plenty of time to organise new pools.

Well, firstly, despite the fact that my favorite was the Brazilian national team, I am happy for Argentina, since they really have not won for a long time. Don't worry there will be pools for next season as well. I will be running La Liga and Serie A like last season, already started talking with some sponsors and I plan to take the pools online in a week or two. There will also be Premier League and Champions League pools for sure. That should be enough even for most degenerate gamblers.

i am sure that winning the copa has a very very high value for him and he is finally happy to have won a title with the national team as well
it was the same with CR7 when he won the euro with portugal in 2016

A good comparison, but when it comes to club and national team careers, Messi isn't the only one worth mentioning. Not to mention the fact that Argentina's national team has not won the A'Cup for 26 years ... and God knows how long has passed since the W'Cup was won. I mean, since 2005, Messi won the trophy for the first time playing for the national team, playing 150 matches while Maradona played 90 matches and won twice the W'Cup and twice the A'Cup.
