Go to those channels that have that niche in their content.

Take their emails, and email your proposal to them to get your job done. There's more chance that you'll get collaboration doing that.

There are very few youtubers are in this forum so you will have less chance to find them for collab.

Better send email to the channels which is making content related to you as mentioned above.
