We forgot to remove the Download button from our home page, the wallet wasn't supposed to be publicly available yet... That's why you see no connection 
If you want to test our tech we'll inform you as soon as we start our testnet

Only 10% will be freely distributed to the community before mainnet launch.
The 25% remaining are long-term reserves to finance the development of our ecosystem and so will not be instantly taken into circulation  

Also, our coin has no hard cap, to the initial distribution will be added miners rewards which account for ~2M coins per year, further decreasing the 'given out' supply share!
