My method is:
Let the phone sleep in a house alone
It's time to sleep separately from the adults

It's not always as simple as this though, many will suffer real anxiety without their mobile at arms reach.

Do you mean to keep the phone vibrate? Hmm, I think that is not easy as if someone addicted to a mobile phone and hard to stay away from the phone will always carrying that phone everywhere they go. Maybe the thing they can do is just leave the phone at home, just a day and see what is happening. If he can do that, then keep doing that for some other day. Maybe that can reduce his addiction to mobile phone.

Improve your self controling by meditating. And reduce the time you keep your mobile on your hand. Example if you go to the bathroom with mobile, stop doing that, and when you are not using it, think about constructive things for your self. And if you don't know how to meditate please search on youtube. Relax your mind. Control your mind. Then it will be easier.

First you find out which apps you spend more time on you can use these apps to find them. It will alert you about the times on your mobile and give you a report at the end of the day on how long you were on screen then delete the apps that you spend more time on one by one suppose you spend a lot of time on youtube delete the set first or keep it disabled. Keep yourself busy with other things never keep the mobile at hand use your willpower to study.

Only use phone if you needed so that you can focus with your studies and it should always be studies before phone. You'll only use your phone for contacts and other important matters.

It's really hard nowdays stay away from Mobile..I suffered many problem for this bad habit.You can delete All games from your Mobile.You can Read books, watching TV to stay away from this bad habit.Try again and again.

Whenever I want to study, I think about stopping playing with my mobile phone after 10 minutes of playing, but I always procrastinate, and then I play with my mobile phone until I go to sleep, without the energy to complete the task of the day, and then postpone it until the next day... Huh


There is no possible way to stop using it.

Use the Pomodoro Technique. Break up your study session into 30 minute intervals: 25 minutes studying, then 5 minutes free time. It helps to use a timer.
