Whenever I want to study, I think about stopping playing with my mobile phone after 10 minutes of playing, but I always procrastinate, and then I play with my mobile phone until I go to sleep, without the energy to complete the task of the day, and then postpone it until the next day... Huh

If its mobile games you are playing on your phone then you can try uninstalling these games so you are not thinking about playing them all the time.

First thing mostly on mobile people use social media, so you need to shut your social media account if you are seriously interested in studying. If you can manage to do this couple of days then ensure you will find a change in yourself and you will see that without even social media you can live and have more time in your life for many other things.

I also want to know how to quit and focus on work I couldn't focus on my work and trades lately because of my mobile games.
But it is what makes me happy and relax me keeps me away from stress.
I used to be focus on trading or crypto market back then but I got hooked on mobile games and spend more time on it until it is what I do most of the time.
P.S I earn a little bit of money from my games but it isn't much compare to what I could earn if I spend more time on trading.

How old are you and in which class do you study ?
The best way is to give your mobile phone to your parents for the time in which you study and make a commitment with yourself that you won't use the phone unless you have completed your assignment/study.

Simply uninstall the game you used to play and delete your game play account so even though you play next time you will start from the beginning which means you will lose the interest 9 out of 10 times for sure.

If this is an online game with sort of achievements and etc, try deleting your character and account. And later, when you have an urgent need to play, try to think how much time it will take to get back on the same level. If it still does not help, think how much more progress others made, while you were inactice. One day you will understand how far they are away and how it will be hard to catch their progress.

I have player world of warcraft long time ago. Nearly for 4 years. Tried not to play. Dropped several times. But when one day I got lazy lo level up to be max level, and understood how boring quests are, I have dropped the game. Even with classic release, I have bought a subscription, but managed to play for a week and got bored with the game.

Move your phone away if you want to study. Having your sight near to it will encourage you to stop studying and just play on it.

And you need to discipline yourself that you should practice moving it away where you cannot see it for you to do things that you have to such as studying.

The first thing I would do is uninstall all the unnecessary apps. It is very hard to stop gaming when we constantly see the Apps and just can click on them. If this doesn't help you much and you will just go and reinstall the Apps, I would recommend you give your phone to your parents or girlfriend for 1-2 hours and only get it back when you finish your tasks.

You need to be honest with yourself. Either you want to be a child and play games on your phone or you can be a grown up and take responsibility for what you need to do.
Studying is the only thing that's gonna help you in the real world. Knowledge can't be taken away from you by anybody. Your fantasy games can disappear in the blink of an eye.

Are you playing with the mobile phone to make you happy or something? Wish I knew what you're playing on your phone (and why) before giving you my advice.

I think if you focus on doing or studying good and productive things that interest you,  make you feel better/happy, things you are passionate about, you will constantly/occasionally be moved to do them and you'll likely derived satisfaction and your happiness from completing them or completing parts of them.
I think you could easily be driven to do things if they make you happy/satisfied. The drive could be strong enough to prevent you from procrastinating.

Depend on what you learning. If it school well.. hard to say. my school day was over long ago.

But if you're like me who learning languages, use your phone as a tools. Whenever im free and i have the urges to play mobile game, i switch it to learning app instead.

I think you can not stop mobile phone in one day. Because it's going for you a bad habbit. You have to leave this habbit slowly. You have to study first for a little time. Gradually you have to increase your study time day by day and decrease your mobile phone using time. I think thats how someday you could quit mobile phone.

I grouped all my social media apps into a folder and that helped for a long time but once it stoppedworking it really stopped working. back to square one!

It will alert you about the times on your mobile and give you a report at the end of the day on how long you were on screen then delete the apps that you spend more time on one by one suppose you spend a lot of time on youtube delete the set first or keep it disabled.
