For me, alts season will be more possible after bitcoin's bull run and most probably it will start by early next year. Although some altcoins are making significant price increase this time due to bitcoin's bullish trend but there is no guarantee that they will always be in a high value. Whenever there's a market crash that may hit the market anytime soon, these altcoins will be the first to be affected including those low value coins that are also seen having a price increase because they are influenced with bitcoin. So let's not hope for alt season this time, its more on bitcoin's bull run that is starting to be more visible this time.

The bullish market will come again before we end this year as Bitcoin made its recovery a shot fall in the past few days. Altcoins we able to follow as we know and as we have experienced. This is just a sort of market prediction but seems possible. So, if we have some trust in our altcoins, holding for a while is a great idea. Some promising currencies that are worth looking into are Ethereum (ETH), Binance Coin (BNB), Cardano (ADA), Ripple (XRP), Dogecoin (DOGE), and Chainlink (LINK), Solona (SOL). Just wait for next session which very close to us. It can be started end of this year of very beginning next year.

Well in short --altcoins depend on the bitcoin dominance which is there is no altcoins season that only grows on their own without bitcoin.
Besides, we cannot determine the fact that there is an altcoin season because the entire market grows altogether and we experienced a bull market situation and I think this is enough indicator that there is no altcoin season that relies on their own. Bitcoin could go up without altcoins, and altcoins could go up after bitcoin has gone up.
So, for a short period of time there is a situation where altcoins go up when bitcoin doesn't move at all.

If you have been here long enough (which looks like you have) you know that after bitcoin reaches a peak, it drops just a smidge and then alt season starts where bitcoin stays around the same price and then alts go up like crazy. That is called alt season and that almost always happens after bitcoin reaches to a new all time high and a big one at that (not like the new record we had recently).

So, I believe that we will have alt season, and it will not be based on bitcoin at all, it will be based on purely alts.
