Maybe you can try to reduce your sleep a little, whether your work efficiency can be improved, you can take a nap at noon, and try to sleep only seven or eight hours at night.

I'll try to reduce my sleeping habit, do some healthy activities in the morning, read some informative books, be more efficient and productive daily to improve. Only take naps when necessary.

In recent time a have a problem like that my sleeping rate in increasing day by day but unfortunately but work rate become down and become decrease and decrease.
What step I should need to equal both sleeping and working rates???

Start to workout at somepoint of the day

Having a sex more often is good for sleep.
