In recent time a have a problem like that my sleeping rate in increasing day by day but unfortunately but work rate become down and become decrease and decrease.
What step I should need to equal both sleeping and working rates???

Your sleeping depends on how much force and workload you did within the day. Are you a type of guy that does many activities except from your job?

It's a good sleep if you're tired for that entire day because of the activities that you did. But if you're just casual and does things normally, you need to ask for the health expert instead here in the forum.

You sleep more often thesedays and work less? I occasionally have similar experience too(assuming that's what you mean). What normally cause mine are over eating, bad foods (esp fried foods, refined sugar)... Other possible causes: poor ventilation, lack of exercise, inadequate blood in your body, poor nutrition, could be sign of illness etc
I would advice you explain the issue to good/qualify doctor... Maybe he/she will test and treat you. Mind the food you consume... eat healthy, exercise regularly(do some physical hardwork more often), sleep in well ventilated places etc.

Because you are bored of what you are doing so your giving more stress to your brain which takes too  much time now or simply you become lazy due to the pandemic lockdowns. Cheesy

Work, take a break and work then take a break so you won't get much tired and also its good to follow some cardio which will be helpful to become more energetic.

Maybe you can try to reduce your sleep a little, whether your work efficiency can be improved, you can take a nap at noon, and try to sleep only seven or eight hours at night.

Pull yourself back on the right track and reinvigorate yourself. Small setbacks will happen-if you think it doesn't happen, you may be dishonest to yourself. You must arrange your sleeping time, so your time to work can increase and you can be more productive in your work. Actually, it does not need too long to sleep because as long as you can get quality time sleeping, you will feel fresh and ready to work. Maybe you need to try to relax before you go to bed, enjoy your time before sleep, and try to use an alarm to wake you up. If you can continue to do that, I think something will change and you will see that your body will have time itself to wake up.

It is rather difficult to try to break all bad habits at once; Taking the time to change them into good habits is better than rushing into them and ending up with none of them.

Also, know the reason why you are having that bad habit. Get the bottom of it. And then address it first. You is the real enemy here and you alone can change the bad habit. Also, look for motivation why you are changing your habit. It is hard to keep up with the new habit but take it one day at a time. Don't rush yourself.

Start with the small things, the smaller the better. If you think you will get rid of your bad habits immediately, or even fail once, then this is totally impractical. Actually this is more about how to manage yourself after "falling down".

balance your Food also and the activities must be equal.

Sleep in right time , at least before 10pm , then woke up at 5am to start a new day.

Eat enough and exercise enough.

well, sleeping is not necessarily closely related to working rate when you grow tired of this job. ask yourself, are you devoted to your career. it might help. just like some students who sleep very soundly but their grades are really bad coz they can be frequently distracted, or they don't like studying or they hate a certain subject in that the teacher of it is not nice to them. so, my point is maybe there's something wrong with your work.
