I thought of "flogtwerking"(I have no idea what it means) but the OP probably meant "fluctuating"(at least that is the closest word that makes sense that I can think of).

There are some apps for notification for prices, but if its fluctuating on your design to follow for trading, then you need to personally monitor it. Some apps only goal is to notify you if a certain price input has been reached. But coingecko, keeping some news for example when btc go up or down considerably by huge margin.

Given the fact that the cryptocurrency market is probably the most unstable one in terms of the fluctuations of supply and demand, you will have a hard time trying to catch every single change in the price. It is always better to focus your attention on the long-term perspectives of a particular cryptocurrency instead of following its small movements. From my own experience, too frequent notifications about price changes will only harm you while not helping to make the right trading decision. It was just free advice you hadn't asked for.

If you have Coingecko on your device, you can use their inbuilt price alert, choose any coin of favorite and set the price you want to be notify and you get an ert when the price hit a particular range. It's very effective and I used it too, the beauty of it is that you can select the price target manually without calculating any target price,  you can set it to once or to be repeated anytime your target is reached.

If you're into PC, just get notified through those newsletters and free subscriptions of websites like coinmarketcap and coingecko. You'll get alerts from them.

And for the smart phone apps, you'll just have to install those apps like the exchanges. Usually they are popping those notifications when a coin has been up like 5% and more than that.
