Really Cloudflare is becoming annoying day by day.

This was not necessary. I understand there are DDoS protection but this is manipulation.

Was this on this forum if it's in meta? Also what page was it for specifically?

I think I've seen something like this when loading [all] in a thread but I don't think it's normal for just connecting to the forum (unless it was just after hitting post).

Never faced such problem (obviously, I never turned off javascript in my browsers).

What I know web admin can configure this settings via cloudflare to require or not to require users to on javascript on its website, correct me if I'm wrong though. If so, theymos can give you answers for this so called "manipulation".

It was when I was trying to load all posts of a particular post.

If you manually disable JavaScript for security/privacy reason, you definitely need to enable it when CloudFlare perform check. After that check, you can disable JavaScript and continue use BitcoinTalk (until the check triggered again).
I actually did few days ago for some reason that I can not remember but I never thought this was the effect here LOL

Confirmed. I get the same big red notification from Cloudflare when I disable JavaScript (in Tor browser).

Clicking All is what triggers the "Just a moment... Checking your browser before accessing bitcointalk.org"-page from Cloudflare when JavaScript is enabled. It slows down loading the page so I don't like it, but it doesn't happen on every click, I think Cloudflare whitelists the IP for a while after going through it once.

Likewise here, frankly it may be annoying to many users.
Is this the time to get more paid ranks for those who don't want to access BTT using Cloudflare host? a subdomain for them or https://protonmail.com/blog/ddos-protection-guide/

And you didn't realize JavaScript is disabled in past few days? I expect most website wouldn't work properly.
True. I was not using my browser that often from past few days so did not realize it at all.

That would only imply making a DDOS attack will be possible using paid accounts. Although highly unlikely but leaves that 1% chance of forum getting DDOSd by using accounts that bypass the CloudFlaire's firewall. The paid membership also will be an automated process making it easier.
