I used Google Chrome, Mozilla, Opera, Edge... also VPN, socks etc...
I have sent them 40 support messages but no answer on 2 months !
What should i do? I don't have the secret private key recovery phrase... only email/ID and password.
I use yahoo.com mail
Yahoo mail is very bad, and this delay in receiving the message may be a problem related to Yahoo servers, so try all the browsers that you mentioned that you were using to log in, do not open an incognito window of the browsers, If you are using a VPN, you should carefully know which country of the countries you were using its IP, And you can take a look at your old inbox messages for the blockchain to know the correct IP, Contact customer service on all their social sites, and I hope you will find a response from them. Also, if you restore your account on the Blockchain, I advise you to change your email from Yahoo to Gmail and transfer your bitcoins to a hardware wallet.

Nope. Yahoo mail is almost same in terms of email speed to gmail since the text doesn’t requires too much data to transfer it. An hour delay for email to receive is obviously a problem by the blockchain.info email automated reply itself and not yahoo. I’m still using my old email address and I don’t encounter such problem when I use it to verify on my games account.

Blockchain.info support is so slow to response which is a clear indication that there’s a communication problem on there side including email verification.

Unless he has an e-mail notification when he receives a PM, it is unlikely that he will be of any help to the OP, given that he has not been active since July 29, 2022. In any case, the OP is stuck with very bad technical support, but he has a very good reason to be persistent, of course not in the way he has been doing it so far.

I thought email notification for PMs is the default setting. It might work.

But OP hasn't been here this year, so it looks like he just wanted to get it off his chest Wink
