I want to warn people. Avoid this casino if you don't want to lose money. I am a citizen of Ukraine. I've been trying to pass verification for about six months now. Every time I upload documents, they are accepted, but then they are rejected and the verification is reset to level 2.An endless cycle. In the chat, they refuse to say why and repeat the same thing. Upload what the system requires. Any attempts to contact lead to nothing. It's a nightmare. At first they asked me to send my passport for verification, which I did. And then it started. I upload the bank statement to level 3. They accept it, and then reset level 2 and 3 and ask to upload the passport again. Then they demand a selfie with the document, which I sent. After that, the 2nd level was passed and I upload the documents to the 3rd level again. After a while, they accept everything and then reset it again, and demand to repeat the same thing. And so on without end. They refuse to explain anything. They don't help in the chat, and they don't help in the mail either.

I don't believe you on this, but you may still prove me otherwise, do you know why? My instinct. This is not the first time a rival company will send their foot soldiers to write something bad about their rivals, one must be careful in a situation like this. As much as I would always want to be fair with all parties, especially giving the customers the benefit of the doubt, I won't fool myself. To start with, why not try the ANN of Stake here? Anyone can start writing what comes to their heads to attack another company, it's very cheap, especially with a new Bitcointalk account like yours which has no value yet. I guess people should take your advice with caution, and better still, disregard it entirely unless you can prove yourself further.

Even if you are a real customer of Stake, before rejecting your documents and telling you to reverify initially before they stopped talking to you as claimed, what did they say then, you can at least show us that. Also, are you a new customer or you are an old one who has a big amount in Stake that they want to steal, or you are a big winner on their platform? But you never shared any of this or a meaningful reason why they could be rejecting your verification selfishly. The last time I checked, Stake still need customers why rejecting a new one? And even if you had deposited initially, you may share that transaction at least. But you did nothing and expect us to believe you. You are trolling as far as I am concerned.

           -   I think there is something wrong with the title you made, because according to your story, I don't see anything that suggests stakes.com scammed you, because your only problem is that you repeatedly give documents to their platform.

That's a bit irritating, but the question is, is the amount of funds you're going to release from their platform OP? Maybe it's because the money you take out is always a large amount, so you're always asked for documents.

OP Do you have any screenshots or proof that the support team is refusing to help you verify your ID or why they are not giving you a reason for the verification level reset? Moreover, are you honest from your end also? Are you providing your original ID and not a forged one? You didn’t try to exploit the system through any kinds of illegal means? And you follow all the terms and conditions of the site, right? If you have done all this correctly, then you will be able to withdraw your funds (if you have any) and verify your account. Just try contacting or mailing them. Stake is a very reputable casino; hence, I don’t think they have to scam you for a small amount or issue.

When I saw the thread, this is the first thing that came to my mind. Most of the newbies here in the gambling board made an accusations without screenshots of what happened and only verbal accusations. At least for the forum members t believe that what they are saying is the truth then they would have provided the evidence to show that what they are saying is the truth. And now without evidence and only verbal accusations also spoiled the reputation of the casino those who didn't understand such accusations but for we, we understand them so it has nothing to do with reputation of the casino.

Though when 5 or 10 persons made an accusations without screenshots too, it can be legit because all those accusations can't be false and stake.com has been accused by different users since from 2022 which I could remember so if they have any bad site of their casino they should amend it.

Stake.com is a nice casino and I don't think what you said is true. However it would be nice if you share some proofs on the verification process. And again if indeed you are trying to verify your KYC on stake.com, are you sure you are submitting the appropriate documents that was required? My reasons for asking this question is because the only reason a reputation casino would not verify your KYC after submitting your documents is either because you are not submitting the original ones or you are claiming to be someone you are not. But I think your problems can be solved when you visit their ANN thread and make your complaint.

I think yours is an isolated case, particularly caused by the tensions between your country and other neighboring territories but I might be wrong here, in any case, I'd highly suggest you either post this in their announcement channel, have a customer service representative take up your case and provide you with answers and assistance, and this is despite what you said being that they don't give you answers nor help (still wouldn't hurt to try). I wouldn't say you should put them out on scam accusations because again, this is an isolated case and most if not everyone else who plays in that site haven't experienced what you're experiencing right now. Regardless, try that out, see if there would be some changes, and then get back here when you find answers/no progress in your case.

Well, if they've something wrong with his country, I don't understand why they don't just geoblock connections from this country and prohibit residents or citizens from it to register and to play there? AFAIK every casino company is free to allow or to forbid any country, or even any part of it, they want. So nobody would accuse them of scam. Anyway, if you are right, they should tell him frankly, close his account and return the funds deposited.
BTW it's strongly recommended to avoid to try to deter users from opening scam accusation cases about companies you advertise, it's not ethical and could be seen as paid shilling. You don't need to be several people undergoing the same problem to be scammed unfortunately.

Stake must be seeing something strange in this account that Stake would have to investigate further. Don't have reasons to hold the funds unless they see something. But OP isn't back yet after he posted this thread.

There are no mention of the amounts. The OP also made only two posts. There are no evidences attached yet, it's just only a few words in two posts. Before discussing about anything I guess we need to understand that it could be a false topic as well.

this sounds frustrating but it would really be awesome if you could share a screenshot of them accepting and passing the documents you submitted and then resetting it and asking you to do the KYC again. I am not saying that you are lying but this would really show that you are telling the truth and have the evidence to back it up. anyway, if this is true, I wish casinos would learn more about how to communicate with their gamblers and explain the issues their gamblers are experiencing.

I think not all casinos now have live support. It would be nice if they did so we could chat with support about our concerns. Some only want to respond through email, and the worst part is you need to wait for a reply within 24 hours. It's not instant, so you're left hanging on these very important things that you want to resolve immediately. Has OP already verified his account with KYC when he registered with Stake? Because if he did, then maybe this problem wouldn't be experienced.

I don't think so. This is why he keeps struggling with getting his KYC documents verified if whatever he stated is actually legit in the first place. He hasn't even bothered replying to many of our queries after creating this thread.

Also, most gamblers don't complete their KYC unless it becomes mandatory for them which is why I don't think he completed his KYC after registration.

I guess we can learn from OP's experience that if we want to avoid hassle, we should complete the KYC at the beginning. OP is probably trying to withdraw his funds but was frozen and required to pass some KYC documents for the funds to be released. This is actually common now, but with Stake being the casino involved, I find it hard to believe unless proof has been provided for verification.

Also, most gamblers don't complete their KYC unless it becomes mandatory for them which is why I don't think he completed his KYC after registration.

I'm guilty of this, and i can't blame myself because I still think that once we are gambling in crypto, we should still enjoy the anonimity, although not really happening at the current stage anymore.

What do you mean they accepted and rejected? So far my experience once it's accepted it remains same there is no way a platform will reject the approved KYC and only time they might ask you to do KYC again when they suspect something unusual.

I guess you may have some evidence to claim your support and post along with necessary information in scam accusation board.

Did you try it with any other ID other than passport?

Am the same too frankly speaking. I prefer staying anonymous whenever possible in crypto gambling sites and I only submit KYC when absolutely necessary(Big amount withdrawal, VPN usage etc).

Majority of the gamblers will continue gambling without submitting KYC unless necessary no matter how much time passes in my opinion.

With Stake you need to give it away. As far as I know after making some changes now they require KYC even before you deposit any balance. Benefit with Stake and other large platforms are you are safe with them as long as you are not misusing it. The OP accused Stake but there are no supporting information in his accusation.

Yeah, this was exactly what I thought earlier. From his words I can testify that he's just accusing the casino because he didn't provides any evidence that he was trying to verify his KYC on stake. Stake is a big company and his KYC process is unsuccessful, probably it might be from his end. I also suggested for op go make his complain on their thread.

Stake.com is a nice casino and I don't think what you said is true. However it would be nice if you share some proofs on the verification process.
