Please take note of additional information that Charles-Tim about using wallets that are open source and support RBF (replace by fee). I think electrum does support RBF (except mobile version of electrum which I checked a few days ago).
It would have been possible if the transaction meets ViaBTC criteria for pumping fee, but it does not meet it, the fee is not up to 10 sat/byte.
That would have been possible just like I did before when the transaction I did is up to the fee that is mostly included in the block to be mined but as of now, the fee that OP used does not meet the fee rate used at this moment which is at 20 sat/byte when OP's fee rate is at 5sat/byte.
I am aware of that or I know that service existed but there's no point in doing so since the fee rate that are most likely get confirmed is at 21 sat/byte when I checked earlier and check OP's transaction fee rate which is 5 sat/byte as explained above.
