You need to read this: Bitcoin open source wallets that support replace-by-fee (RBF)

You can be making use of any of those wallets for making transaction so that if the transaction is stuck, you will be able to pump the fee.

If you are sending the transaction to yourself, the only option you can go for now is CPFP just as nakamura12 commented.

It would have been possible if the transaction meets ViaBTC criteria for pumping fee, but it does not meet it, the fee is not up to 10 sat/byte. Also that the transaction must be less than 500 bytes.

The fee used for the transaction is just 5.408 sat/byte. On ViaBTC, the fee must be more than 10 sat/byte.

Please take note of additional information that Charles-Tim about using wallets that are open source and support RBF (replace by fee). I think electrum does support RBF (except mobile version of electrum which I checked a few days ago).

That would have been possible just like I did before when the transaction I did is up to the fee that is mostly included in the block to be mined but as of now, the fee that OP used does not meet the fee rate used at this moment which is at 20 sat/byte when OP's fee rate is at 5sat/byte.

I am aware of that or I know that service existed but there's no point in doing so since the fee rate that are most likely get confirmed is at 21 sat/byte when I checked earlier and check OP's transaction fee rate which is 5 sat/byte as explained above.

Not much to say here but if you are the one sending the transaction from your personal wallet, you can use RBF, and here is the tutorial how: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LdmoP4Ss1hU  if your wallet supports RBF. 

IF you are on the receiving end, then you can use CPFP, and here is the video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dUJyfz0QQXw.  This only works if the wallet is fully controlled by you and not on any centralized exchanges. 


Those are the options you can do if the accelerator online failed to do what it promised and you have control over either the sending wallet or the receiving wallet accordingly.  Else, you can just wait until the transaction is fully confirmed if you do not control both the sending and receiving wallet.

Mobile Electrum also support RBF by default as long as you do not check the transaction as final while broadcasting it.

The minimum fee for the transaction must be at least 10 sat/byte. The fee used is 5.408 sat/byte. As he sent from legacy address to nested segwit address, having legacy address as the change address (I guess), that makes the fee to be 5 sat/vbyte, but the actual size is $5.4 sat/byte.

The OP didn't say if he was the sender or the receiver.

the fact is that no one can help him unless he wants to pay the bump fee or wait for the network to be more relaxed and the fee itself to be lower or 5 sat/byte.

I’m answering base on the comment that there’s no online accelerator that can push this transaction. You are both describing the free service of Viabtc and neglecting the paid service which is same method that you are suggesting. My comment is based on the full feature of the Viabtc accelerator feature to satisfy that there’s an online accelerator that will work on this case(not free ofc).

You are both describing the free service of Viabtc and neglecting the paid service which is same method that you are suggesting. My comment is based on the full feature of the Viabtc accelerator feature to satisfy that there’s an online accelerator that will work on this case(not free ofc).

My bad. What I mean about my post that you have quoted is that using free transaction accelerators that are free won't help at all. You know what I mean since it's been explained about the fee that is currently or most likely to get confirmed unlike the transactions with a fee rate of 5 sat/byte (didn't include the point something as what Charles-Tim explained). For me, CPFP is the best solution since you can manually put fee rate and of course the fee rate would be much higher than what OP used before (obviously it's the reason why it would be confirmed which its purpose is to incentivize the miners to confirm the transaction instead of waiting for the fee rate to decrease to 5 sat/byte. I answer that way since OP just ask if someone can accelerate the stuck transaction and also OP did not say anything about paying something to accelerate it or wanted to pay someone to accelerate it.

it is great that your transaction has been confirmed. Is it automatically or you have used any accelerator? I think it is automatically been confirmed. Your fee was too low to cover free accelerate also if you used paid accelerator then they would asked a higher fee to make confirm the transaction.

The mempool became less congested and down to 4 sat/vbyte when OP transaction was included into a block and got confirmed. Which only means that OP did not use any accelerator to increase the chance of getting the transaction confirmed. The transaction got confirmed by itself.
