Hi all,

I'm posting here to warn others and hopefully get some advice.

I recently requested a 70 SOL withdrawal from FortuneJack after playing with my own deposited funds — no bonuses, no promotions used, just straight gameplay.

Soon after, they restricted my account and accused me of having another account (“dedogordo22”), which they say violates their Terms. But I’ve only used my current account (“dedogordo”) — I don’t even recall registering the other one. If it exists, it may have been from when I first signed up, but I never used it for anything.

They claim this is “multi-accounting for monetary gain,” and they voided all my winnings without proof of any abuse. They also threatened me with legal action if I disputed further.

To be clear:

I made the deposit myself

I didn’t claim any bonuses

I didn’t use or access any other accounts during play

I tried appealing calmly — they refused to reconsider

I've also submitted a complaint to AskGamblers, but wanted to share this publicly so others are aware. It’s frustrating and feels extremely unfair. If anyone has advice or similar experience, feel free to DM me.

At first you need to reconsider something here where they said having multiple accounts is prohibited, so why did you go having other account?
Why did you maintain the first account and if you didn't have access to the site why didn't you reset password?
Well, to me I don't think Fortune Jack is to be blamed and you should know how strict casino is with their ToS, so why did you go make additional accounts.
Between you should share screenshots as evidence to show your claims including what was in your balance as the proper way of accusing a site.

FortuneJack reactivated my account. They now say my 70 SOL withdrawal is under “standard security review.” I’ll update once I get a payout or confirmation. Still waiting.

Just to make sure you can back up all your claims. It is nothing against you, it is just how this forum works when someone posts a complaint against anyone.

Typical behavior of some casino which they use any slight of ToS violation just to hold withdrawals. Not only on Fortunejack but there’s same case with BC and some casino.

You should justify or proved that you didn’t abuse any bonuses or any casino perks when you play so that you can convince the community that you won that many fair and square.

Multiple acccuont andthrowiing to you their ToS are always the reason that casino holds youour asset and declined the withdrawal.
IF you will just agree on that then your money will be gone. i happened o me with differnt reason from the acsino with their TOS not reviewing the history of the account which they can easily do.
They told me that deciision is final andd will not revert what ever happen.

then i open a thread here for scam accusation for their casiino. They release my money and never played on that casino again.

But please next you need to be patient before bringing any matter to this section, most times it could be that they are still doing their findings and you rushed to come accused them over here without you having to exercise patient with the gambling site, since most times they do manually check every details before releasing withdrawal especially for those who approves withdrawal manually it would take time.

trust me that was not the case... you can see their response in the screenshots, account was terminated and they even threatened with legal action if i dispute it further before i started doing any of this so no.
