Only a suggestion: next time start KYC from deposit and not when customers ask to withdraw winnings 

while this could resolve issues like this, this could also deter gamblers from registering on their gambling site. registering without doing KYC upon registration is very tempting to a lot of gamblers. unless Duelbits is willing to take that possible loss, I don't think KYC upon registration will happen.

I also don't think Duelbits will take the advice, it's a good precaution but between profit and precaution, Duelbits will choose the first option, as long as they address every complaint that comes along, and they are dedicated to addressing the issue, of course, the complainant's cooperation is very important, Duelbits' reputation is still intact.

Hello, just won some money and they do not wanna to withdraw it for 2days.
I made KYC and sent some AML documents what they asked. I think i still in minus on DuelBits, but they just wanna steal my money, clowns.
There is no INSTANT withdrawals. No any good support. Just scam.
do not ask about amount and etc. i playing a lot on stake&rollbit and they do better service then this "clowns"
kindly asking do not play there, better go on rollbit/stake.

In the past when I was a thug.. I fked up an international gambling company for asking for extra documents to withdraw huge profits and what I insisted on [as you didn't ask me while depositing don't ask me while withdrawing and turned a red eye] few days later I got all the money without providing anything.

I hope he is aware that he can now withdraw his funds, his last log-in here was 2 weeks ago and after he has withdrawn his funds he should change the title to resolve, it's good that this thing is settled it took a month, but compared to other casinos that sometimes took 2 to 4 months to resolve the cases

So far none of the big names in the industry ask for KYC upon registration because they know that not all gamblers will and can play with a huge amount and some of them will register to only check the casinos' interface, its a disadvantage for both parties

This issues has been resolved and the OP has received the amount he was claiming. The OP should have locked this thread after he received the disputed funds but he has not been online from before Duelbits completed their investigation. As there is nothing more for anybody to add I hope a moderator will lock the thread.

Exactly, this kind of casino will be listed on a no-recommendation casinos for sure. While it's normal to be required KYC especially if a user withdraw a huge amount, so withdrawing it in smaller multiple times might avoid this kind of issues. While it's good to see that the issue is now resolved i hope duelbits will check and prioritize an issue that were already months old ^[1]
